Spata (December 2003)\Σπάτα (Δεκέμβριος 2003)

Deputy Minister of Interior, Public Administration and Decentralization, Nikos Bistis, during his visit to the Romani settlement of Spata on December 7, 2003. There he met with the representatives of the local Romani community and was briefed on the problems their settlement is facing, the most important being the lack electricity and running water. He also met with the representative of the former Romani community of Marousi, who briefed him on the problematic implementation of the agreement signed between the association of Marousi Roma and the Mayor of Marousi Panayote Tzanikos.

Ο Υφυπουργός Εσωτερικών, Δημόσιας Διοίκησης και Αποκέντρωσης, Νίκος Μπίστης κατα την επίσκεψή του στον καταυλισμό Ρομά Σπάτων στις 7 Δεκεμβρίου 2003. Εκεί συναντήθηκε με τους εκπροσώπους της τοπικής κοινότητας Ρομά και ενημερώθηκε σχετικά με τα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζουν, με κυριότερα την έλλειψη ύδρευσης και ηλεκτροδότησης. Παράλληλα, συναντήθηκε και με εκπρόσωπο της πρώην κοινότητας Ρομά Αμαρουσίου, ο οποίος τον ενημέρωσε σχετικά με την προβληματική εφαρμογή της συμφωνίας που υπέγραψε ο σύλλογος των Ρομά Αμαρουσίου με τον δήμαρχο Αμαρουσίου Παναγιώτη Τζανίκο.
